Michael M.11/14/2022Both of these products were damaged on receipt. The glass containers were smashed. The interior packaging was not secure enough, and the outer box was flimsy and too light for the transportation of such glassware. I returned them, only to receive an email from the Company cautioning me for the poor packaging, and telling me in their communication that they were broken on return due to my inadequate packaging. Yet I returned them in the same packaging in which I received them. I rest my case! I had even included a note with the returned items explaining that I received them in that condition. It would make me think twice in future as regarding ordering glassware in this manner again. Overall my experience with this company is very good, but was not on this occasion.
